Reyna attended the “Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey” in Mexico and graduated with a B.S. degree in systems engineering in 2000. She joined General Electric’s Information Management Leadership Program (IMLP) in 2001 and had assignments in Mexico gaining IT project management experience.
After IMLP, Reyna joined Corporate Audit Staff completing IT, Controllership and Compliance reviews from October 2003 to May 2007 in US, England, Sweden, France and Thailand. She became a certified black belt in 2005.
In 2007, upon CAS graduation, she took an international assignment in Bogota, Colombia, as Vice President Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Internal Audit with GE Money Latin America at the Colpatria Bank Joint Venture.
In 2011, she relocated to GE Corporate in the U.S. to join the Litigation & Legal Group as Senior Manager Regulatory and Compliance, where she led Global Program Initiatives to strengthen GE’s Compliance foundation.
In January 2013, Reyna returned to Mexico where she was named to her current position as Chief Compliance Officer for GE Latin America.
